Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an action?

Each AI generation counts as 1 action — whether it is a lesson plan, an assessment, or a schedule. Free tools (calculator, timer, classroom tools) do not count toward your action limit.

Do unused actions roll over to the next month?

No. Unused actions reset on the 1st of each month. This applies to all tiers — Free (5 actions), Pro (50 actions), and School plans.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires only an email address. You can upgrade to Pro anytime without entering payment details first.

What happens if I use all 5 free actions?

You will see an upgrade prompt inline on the tool page. You can either upgrade to Pro for 50 actions/month, or wait until the 1st of next month when your quota resets. Free tools remain fully accessible — only AI generation is limited.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets (Paytm, PhonePe) via Razorpay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

How does School plan pricing work?

School plans have a shared action pool across all teachers. Silver (₹1,999/month): up to 5 teachers, 50 shared actions. Gold (₹6,999/month): up to 25 teachers, 300 shared actions. Platinum (₹14,999/month): unlimited teachers, 1,000 shared actions. Contact us for custom quotes and annual discounts.
